Software built for
problems that matter.
Vitor Brandelero Desenvolvimento de Software is an independent technology company building precision-engineered platforms for industrial operations, digital communication and out-of-home media — founded on the conviction that great software changes the way real businesses run.
Distinct product ventures spanning manufacturing intelligence, digital signage and DOOH media.
Every platform we build operates live — no batch reports, no stale dashboards, no lag between the floor and the decision.
From embedded shop-floor agents to cloud orchestration layers and customer-facing interfaces — we own the entire stack.
Based in southwestern Paraná, Brazil — close to the industrial and agribusiness clients we serve most deeply.
Started by a builder, still run by one.
Vitor Brandelero Desenvolvimento de Software was incorporated with a clear ambition: to close the gap between enterprise-grade technology and the mid-market manufacturers, communicators and media operators who rarely get access to it. Too often, the companies that most need intelligent software are the last to receive it — blocked by price, complexity or a one-size-fits-all vendor approach.
We started by listening. Long conversations with production managers who were still reconciling shop-floor output in spreadsheets, with marketing teams pushing static slides to screens across a retail network, and with regional media operators who had no scalable way to monetise their digital infrastructure. The patterns were consistent enough to warrant purpose-built answers.
The result is a portfolio of three focused products — each addressing a distinct operational pain point, each engineered from the ground up rather than assembled from commodity components. We remain founder-led, deliberately lean and deeply involved in every client engagement.
We don't sell software and walk away. We care how the metrics look six months after go-live — because our reputation is built on outcomes, not on signed contracts.
Company founded
Vitor Brandelero Desenvolvimento de Software LTDA is registered with a mandate to build vertical software products for underserved industrial and commercial markets in Brazil.
OpenMES — first production deployment
The manufacturing execution system goes live on its first plant floor, connecting machine-level telemetry to ERP in real time and eliminating manual production reporting across three shifts.
Sig X launched for screen networks
Our content management and scheduling platform for digital signage launches, giving distributed screen networks a single control plane for every display, playlist and campaign — accessible from a browser.
Átrio DOOH — regional media network
We expand beyond software into media operations, launching Átrio — a digital out-of-home advertising network serving brands and agencies across southwestern Paraná with programmatic-ready inventory.
Scaling — deeper integrations, wider reach
Active development continues across all three ventures with a focus on tighter ERP connectors, AI-assisted production forecasting in OpenMES, and expanded Átrio screen locations.
Technology that earns its place on the balance sheet.
Our mission is to translate complex operational data into decisions — making industrial and commercial businesses measurably more productive through software that is honest about what it does and unapologetic about demanding results.
We don't build technology as an end in itself. Every feature in every product has to answer the same question: does this make the operator's working day more productive, more visible or more profitable? If it doesn't, it doesn't ship.
This philosophy shapes how we structure projects, how we price our work and how we stay close to clients long after the initial deployment. Software that sits unused is a failure regardless of what the specification said.
Radical specificity
We build for real scenarios, not hypothetical ones. Our platforms reflect the actual workflows of manufacturers, screen network operators and media buyers — not abstracted user stories.
Ownership over outsourcing
We own our technology stacks entirely. No white-labelled cores, no dependency on third-party black boxes. That gives clients a stable roadmap and gives us the freedom to respond fast.
Continuous proximity
We keep teams small and accountable — which means the engineer who designed your integration is also the one who answers when something needs attention. Distance erodes quality.
Long-horizon thinking
We don't optimise for the sale. We optimise for the client's operational state one, two and five years from now — because that's where our reputation actually lives.
Measured boldness
Industrial software demands reliability above all. We are ambitious about what we build and disciplined about how we release it — experimentation happens in staging, not in production environments.
Three products, one operating philosophy.
Rather than building a generic consulting practice, we chose to concentrate our engineering effort on three domains where we identified persistent, structural inefficiencies — and where software done properly creates compounding value over time. Each venture is a standalone product business, but all three share the same underlying commitment to real-time data, operational clarity and user experiences that don't require a training manual.
This focused portfolio approach means our clients benefit from accumulated domain expertise, not from a team that is learning on the job. When a manufacturer deploys OpenMES, they get years of shop-floor knowledge baked into the configuration options. When a brand buys inventory on Átrio, the campaign measurement is informed by how real audiences interact with real screens.
Sig X
Digital Signage CMSA cloud-based content management and scheduling platform for digital screen networks of any scale. Sig X gives operators a single interface to manage playlists, push campaigns, monitor display health and segment content by location — in real time, from any browser. Built for retail chains, corporate environments, hospitality groups and public-facing digital infrastructure.
OpenMES
Manufacturing ExecutionAn industrial-grade manufacturing execution system that bridges the shop floor and the ERP. OpenMES captures machine-level production data in real time, tracks work orders against targets, flags deviations automatically and feeds clean structured data upward to planning and finance systems. Designed for discrete and process manufacturers who can't afford the information lag of manual reporting.
Átrio DOOH
Out-of-Home MediaA digital out-of-home advertising network operating across southwestern Paraná. Átrio gives regional and national brands access to a curated network of high-traffic digital screens, backed by audience data and flexible campaign formats. For local businesses, it's premium digital advertising without the complexity of buying national programmatic inventory.
A disciplined approach that delivers predictable outcomes.
We've refined our engagement model across multiple deployments. It's rigorous, transparent and designed to surface problems early — when they're cheap to fix — rather than late, when they're expensive to explain.
Understand before proposing
Every engagement starts with a structured discovery phase. We map current workflows, identify data gaps, audit existing integrations and — critically — understand what success actually looks like for the people who will use the system daily. We don't present a proposal until we've genuinely understood the environment.
Architecture first, code second
We invest heavily in the design phase — data models, integration contracts, real-time event flows and user interaction patterns are all resolved on paper before a line of production code is written. This keeps the build phase predictable and keeps scope surprises to a minimum.
Incremental rollout, not big-bang launches
We favour phased deployments that allow real operators to use real functionality as early as possible. Early feedback is more valuable than a perfect specification. Each phase has defined acceptance criteria and a clear rollback plan — because industrial environments don't tolerate surprises.
Long-term operational partnership
Post-deployment, we stay close. Regular operational reviews, proactive monitoring, continuous feature refinement and direct access to the technical team — not a ticketing queue managed offshore. We measure our own performance against the client's operational KPIs, not against a support SLA clock.
Small by design. Senior by default.
We have made a deliberate choice to remain a lean, senior-weighted team rather than scaling headcount for its own sake. Every person in our organisation carries real ownership over what they build — there are no hand-off chains, no diluted accountability, no junior developers shipping untested code to production systems that plant managers depend on.
This isn't a constraint we're working to outgrow. It is the model. Leanness keeps us honest, keeps our clients close and keeps the quality ceiling high. When we do grow, we grow by adding engineers who raise the bar, not by filling seats.
- Engineers are responsible for their systems in production — not just in pull requests.
- Client context is shared across the entire team, not siloed in account management.
- We don't outsource critical path work — if it matters, it stays in-house.
- Technical debt is treated as real debt — tracked, prioritised and paid down deliberately.
- Documentation is a first-class deliverable, not an afterthought before handover.
Vitor founded the company with a clear thesis: that the industrial and commercial software market in Brazil had a quality gap at the mid-market level that no incumbent was genuinely motivated to close. He leads product architecture across all three ventures and remains the primary technical contact for enterprise engagements.
His background spans embedded systems, real-time data pipelines, ERP integration and digital media infrastructure — an unusually wide scope that makes the Brandelero portfolio coherent rather than coincidental. He believes the best software is written by people who deeply respect the problem, not the language.
What makes this company worth your attention.
There is no shortage of software vendors. What is scarce is vendors who combine deep domain knowledge with genuine engineering rigour, operate at a scale where your project is materially important to them, and remain reachable long after the contract is signed. That is the space Brandelero occupies — and intends to occupy permanently.
Domain depth, not generalism
We build in three specific verticals and nowhere else. That focus means we arrive at every engagement with pre-earned expertise — not a blank-slate consultant learning on your budget.
Owned technology
Our platforms are wholly proprietary. We control the roadmap, the data model and the release cycle. There are no upstream vendor decisions that can disrupt your operations or force an unwanted migration.
Real-time by architecture
Real-time isn't a feature we added — it's the architectural assumption everything is built on. Production events, screen updates and media impressions are processed as they happen, not batched overnight.
Direct access to builders
When something needs to change, you speak to the people who can change it. No support tiers, no escalation paths that end in a form. The technical decision-maker is one message away.
